Just so you know, I am a master sourdough bread baker, quite possibly the greatest sour dough bread baker in the world.

As far as sourdough bread is concerned, I look down upon you inferiors with disdain.

Can consensual physical manipulation be rightly be referred to as abuse?

Yes, especially if she wears a leather nightgown and does the "physical manipulation" with a whip.

Sidewalker
Just impose a MAGA tariff.

Don't need a tariff, there will be a 100% MAGA ban, and MAGA affiliation will be classified as illegal aliens. It will be necessary to send paramilitary groups in masks to the trailer parks, rural bars, NASCAR venues, and all known fishing spots to arrest and deport illegal MAGA aliens.

AI thinking, as a conceptual process, is implemented through
complex algorithms and computational models [1, 2]. These algorithms dictate how AI systems process information, learn patterns, make decisions, and generate outputs [1, 3].

Sadolite is right, AI “thinks” in a linear, mechanical way, responsive rather than adaptive, always lacking context. AI will never be able to simulate the more holistic mental adaptive and contextual thinking processes of human beings like sarcasm.  AI will always lack the context of lived experience necessary to process the kinds of subjective interpretations involved in things like sarcasm, humor, skepticism, doubt, moral reasoning, creativity, and in the end, consciousness. AI can generalize information from a large number of sources; it will never be able to generalize from a single integrated experience the way humans do.

When i was 15 a girl was talking sweet to me, then physically abused me when she was angry.

Good thing i got away from her that day. she was very attractive though.

It just wasn't a good match, but don't complain about it, FLRW pays hundreds of dollars to have attractive women physically abuse him, you just got a freebie.

Is sex a sin?

Sidewalker · 10 months ago

You didnt even use the right verses. That was commandment to adam and noah/his family respectively.

Yes, I did.

1 corinthians 7:1-5
1 Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.
Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.
4 The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.

Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

Also you can refuse to have sex. But its not for everyone.

1 corinthians 7:7 For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.
8 I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I.
But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

That's all Paul, and the consensus of biblical scholars is that when it comes to sex, Paul had issues and needed therapy.

Jesus himself talked about this
Matthew 19:10 His disciples say unto him, If the case of the man be so with his wife, it is not good to marry.

11 But he said unto them, All men cannot receive this saying, save they to whom it is given.

12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.

Well yeah, when Jesus heard his disciples quote Paul, he was saying, "Oh no, don't listen to Paul on that, that definitely wasn't for us, he has no command of the Lord on that, he didn't mean us, he was actually talking to...ummm...eunuchs, yeah, that's it, eunuchs, he was talking about eunuchs.

LOL, what a great post, well done Sir.

BTW, what's the policy on immigration? I live in Georgia, but I'm coming with you guys, is borden crossing just a matter of buying a house in Colorado and moving?

Once all the immigrants from the Red States are in, we will need to secure the borders. When the Red States send their people, they won't be sending their best. They'll be sending people that have lots of problems, and they'll be bringing those problems with them. They’ll be bringing guns. They’ll be bringing pick-up trucks. They’re racists. And some, I assume, are good people.

We should build a wall. and the Red States will pay for it with the federal money we don't have to give them anymore.

Build the wall, build the wall, build the wall.

Is sex a sin?

Sidewalker · 10 months ago

English researchers surveyed the sexual frequency of 918 reasonably healthy male residents of the Welsh village, Caerphilly, who were 45 to 59 when the study began (1979-83). A decade later, they checked back with the men, when they were aged 55 to 69. Of the group studied, 150 had died—67 from heart attack and 83 from other causes. The researchers then correlated the men’s sexual frequency as reported in the original survey with their death or survival 10 years later. Compared with men who had had sex just once a month, those who reported having it twice a week had only half the death rate. For the entire group, as an individual's sexual frequency increased, his risk of death decreased.

Yeah, that...plus without sex we go extinct.

Plus, it feels great.

The Bible commands us to have sex

Genesis 1:28:

"And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it..."

Genesis 9:1:

"And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth."

Don't you even get a semi when you watch the sprint relay teams in action.

Isn't that amazing, it sure has changed over time, nowadays nine out of ten Olympic sprinters look like supermodels.

It wasn't always that way, I split track into two beauty eras, BFJ and AFJ, because I think it was Florence Griffith-Joyner who changed it into a glamour sport.

Watching her run took my breath away, and the way she looked doing it, well, I usually had to take a cold shower after she ran.

Do you guys not know how sum works?

Yes, I do, and there is no such thing as a maximally great sum, you can always add one more to any so called maximally great quantity.

What do you get when you sum everything?

Aristotle and about a thousand philosophers since, demonstrate why a maximally great sum can only exist potentially, not actually. A potential infinity is an unending process, in terms of existence in the real world you can never arrive at the actual maximum. An actual infinity, which would be a completed, infinite quantity, cannot exist in reality, and even if it did, we could never know that to be the case.

You get maximal greatness. Also, saying that maximally great idea doesnt exist is impossible, same for maximally great being.

The ontological argument is circular reasoning, which is logically invalid, the premises of the ontological argument are demonstrably false, and the conclusion is not derived logically from the premises. The argument is semantic gamesmanship at best, and it confuses epistemology and ontology, which is not valid,

A finite mind cannot conceive of an actual infinite, which negates the first premise, "greatness" is a subjective term, and it is not established that existence is a quality of greatness, as Immanuel Kant pointed out, "existence" is not a predicate or property, it is a necessary precondition for having properties.

You can't just define something into existence, if you could, you certainly don't need to use the invalid reasoning of the ontological argument, you could simply define God as existing. If you were to define a three-sided square as geometric shape that exists, that doesn't make it exist.

Sidewalker

Here is the conclusive refutation of the ontological argument:

A maximally great argument refuting the ontological argument is defined as an argument to which no greater argument can be conceived, this argument must exist because existence is a necessary attribute of greatness. Anyone who denies this refutation’s existence can conceive of this greatest argument, and thus, it must exist.

Therefore, the ontological argument for the existence of God has been conclusively refuted.

Sidewalker

I don't think the Ontological Argument is logical, but it is certainly not my intent to denigrate people who do think it is logical.

For those of you who think it is logical, "denigrate" means "put down"

Sidewalker
The Ontological argument has been refuted by smart people.

Not really. Maximal being is a sum of all things. It is maximally great sum.

The Ontological argument is nothing but a semantic parlor game, you can't just define something into existence.

If you could, the Bible would have said, "In the beginning was the word"...oh wait, never mind.

Yes, AI can be used to stimulate or engage in sexual conversations

I hate the way my computer objectifies me, it's humiliating the way it sees me as nothing more than a sex object. I'm a person damn it.

Can I sue AI for sexual harassment?

The number 42 has
no inherent, fundamental scientific or cosmic significance, but it appears in several interesting ways in mathematics and physics. Its primary fame comes from the book The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, where it is the "Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything".

I think Jackie Robinson should get an honorable mention too.

Sidewalker
Your country is definitely divided for sure.

These guys are so upset you'd think New York elected an adjudicated rapist with 34 felonies or something.

Sidewalker
Who's "we" but a cabal of Mandami commies who's only concern for a platform of utility is "get Trump" when ignoring Trump in favor of positive people ideas would get you far better results. Can't ignore the guy? Are the Russian pee tapes being re-edited? That's not democracy, boyo. That's just demented.
Did y'all ignore that alternative opinions are the lifeblood of democracy?

LOL, I love to watch you melt down when something offends your white supremacist values, a xenophobic rant because a mayor with alternative opinions was elected, followed by an astoundingly stupid comment accusing the those who voted for someone with alternative opinions, as ignoring alternative opinions.

We get it, you and your MAGA brothers are incensed that New York has polluted the Aryan purity of our elected officials, sorry snowflake, but there is diversity in this country, quit whining about it.

Just get over it crybaby.

Sidewalker
But one excludes God, if I understand correctly, and I think that side is wrong because in all possible scenarios there is no logical explanation for God not existing.

We are talking about a transcendent reality, which is to say, it transcends logical analysis.

Some aspects of God can't be logically understood, though He's revealed Himself sufficiently in the Bible.

You believe the Bible reveals God, which is fine, but I know the Bible very well, and what I know isn’t in it, are any “proofs of” or “arguments for”, the existence of God.

The basis of biblical faith is not inferential reason. It is personal encounter. Rather than make an argument for the existence of God, the Bible describes the encounter with a personal, moral, liberating, and transcendent power and presence.

You have chosen to believe that the Bible reveals God, and others don’t choose to believe that, but either way, it is not a logical conclusion, it is a choice we are free to make, and it is a matter of faith.

I am fine with not knowing every answer about God. It is natural to not fully understand one's Father, but the people that disagree and say that they can completely know God by declaring Him fake are the same people that don't even do everything they tell themselves to do, so why would they think their mind is superior to God's? A perfect mind would know better than an imperfect mind. Makes no sense practically that a sinful person would think they know better than an inerrant being (aside from the fact that they make mistakes about things)

I is my contention that, if a person’s Theism is logically arrived at rather than discerned, if it a matter of detached rational analysis rather than participation in a transcendent experiential reality, then I think they are doing it wrong. A religious belief that is some sort of logical inference instead of immediately known, is not authentically religious.

The leader elected in a democratic election is a threat to democracy because he… uses powers given to him as president, the position he was elected to serve in.

Democratic elections are a threat to democracy? You majored in Political Science at Trump University, didn't you?

It’s even funnier when you remember we had one term of Trump already. The camps did not open; the sky did not fall.

No, but we did have the worst economic collapse since the great depression, a grossly mismanaged pandemic that resulted in the needless death of a million Americans, the greatest budget deficit in modern times, and an insurrection that tried to overthrow democracy..

I get it, you would rather have a dictator then diversity, but that is just who and what you are, it has nothing to do with who and what American is.
