To answer the question- What more would I want? A fucking lot. And even a floating dead chat for 24 hours allowing busy people to contribute woulda been nice.
But I am also use to a very different tempo. May be good to extend day phases longer in the future to allow a more relaxed flow of posting in high player count games but players would also need to break away from the raw post count/day phase mindset and think of it more like how many posts per irl day is acceptable.
Idk if its the tik tok generation that has just shortened my attention span or what, but I have grown so accustomed to the instant gratification of 3 day long phases that it would be hard for me to get used to longer ones lol.

Well we have who knows how long til mikal shows up and posts the final tally. If you feels there's more that should be talked about feel free to post whatever is on your mind, or push people with whatever questions you have.
I would say 3-400 posts is considered highly active on this site. 600 is amazing, 1500 is astronomical. But again, we usually roll 9-11 player games.

I feel like there was ample time for people to post reads and thoughts. We had a significant amount of activity today, even got some good posts out of shining, vader, awesome and banana. There is plenty to read into and go into with in the next day phase. Most of what we can talk about is what ifs, paranoias about set up that can't be proven, wifom theories about who would do what as scum, etc. I don't see much changing by continuing the phase. I am not one that likes to quickly go through phases either, I just feel like we've got what we need out of this one. I don't see us getting a bunch more blood out of this turnip personally.

Is 600 posts almost 3 days into a day phase where you've already come to a decision really that snappy? We go into tomorrow with another night kill, more recruitments, more role uses, and overall more POE. Furter discussion is going to be more beneficial with that stuff in mind then it will be here.

I honestly expected Alyssa to fight back a bit more. I know this is WIFOM but Pie might not be mafia because if he was, he would be absolutely raging in the Discord if is was. I disagree it was inevitable.

I know I must be hard to read, but I guess my reaction to Alyssa should get me some town reads. I'm not opposed to claiming, but I won't just volunteer information for no reason. Town might sus me, but not enough to pressure me for information it seems.
If I didn't have a pretty good scum read on alyssa I would probably push you for a claim, but I can hold off on that til next day phase. If your activity increases and you give us more to read you on though that can change, but right now you are largely an unknown.

I'd say that's somewhat up to interpretation, but if he really had no interest in stepping in to save anyone, you have to wonder why he came when he did instead of just waiting for all the humans to die out.
I don't think him not caring about most people means he actively wants people to die. Difference between Psychopath/sociopath. If you've seen the holy trinity (A recent western movie) theres a qoute I like from Samuel L Jackson's character when one of the protagonists asks him why Sam Jacksons Character didn't kill him he says "I ain't the devil son, I'm just a sinner". Kind of how I view Jin Woo lol.
He did seem genuinely desperate to save Cha Hae-In in the aftermath as well.
There is a spoiler related reason for this that I won't go into if you only have watched the show.
I won't argue that he's not being selfish here, just that he put himself in the middle of events on Jeju at a time that wasn't particularly opportune for pursuing his own aims and protected others shortly after he arrived. You can argue that Cha Hae-In was an exception because she was "close" to him, and that it was still a dick move to let so many Hunters die before stepping in, but it's arguable whether he's solely self-serving here.
It definitely is debatable, part of what makes the show so good imo. There's a big question about morals and how the main character fits into being a protagonist, or if he really is a protagonist. I find it a breath of fresh air to have animes where the main character isn't just an inherently good dude, its been done and done, its cool to see more grey area characters like Jin Woo. He's not totally hateable either. He just seems more realistic. I don't think the vast majority of people with abilities would be helpful to others without benefit to themselves as they frequently are in these things. Jin Woo feels real character wise for this.
Yeah, I was thinking about this too when it was mentioned earlier (probably by you) that the split could be between Japanese and Korean Hunters. Don't think any of them would fit the Poisoner profile, but scum could have the Poisoner here.

You can make technicalities for a few people being 3rd party I suppose. I guess its more just based on overall feeling from watching the show that Jin Woo just doesn't give a shit about most people. It's a huge part of his character development, because you don't really see that in him in the first episode before he gains the level up ability.
Sure, but if we're implying Jinwoo is third party, wouldn't Japanese hunter's who actively try to get the Korean hunters killed during the raid make more sense as third party?
