In the old days it was a game where the passengers of a car got out of the car at a red light, ran around, then got back in before the light turns green. I think the term originally comes from British naval history and had more to do with English-speaking officers and Chinese-speaking crews having bad communication and that causing general chaos and mayhem under pressure than anything racist.

I fell the exact same way about people randomly seeking claims DP1. I think it's anti-town, lazy play. I punish it by forcing them to lynch me without claiming.

This is why I hate hated as a role. It should be used as a modifier to a good role so you have a reason to keep the person alive. As it stands now, it's optimal play for us to lynch Kohai, but because it's optimal play his lynch will reveal very little as far as behavior and wagons go.

It's normal, I hate DP1 and aside from generating activity and lynching a random person I see it as pointless. I do this literally every game but people still scumread me for it.
