After getting those 15 kg dumbbells, and about few weeks of lifting, I had an injury of hand where apparently my hand bones arent strong enough to do biceps curls with 15 KG. the injury forced me to stop working out for some time.

While my muscles can handle that weight, my wrists and my hand bones seem to struggle. I also had problem with doing push ups due to weak wrists which cant handle pressure well. It took me some time to reach 20 push ups and gradually strengthening wrists.

Anyway, I was thinking between getting creatine or protein powder, and there seems to be a clear winner.

Creatine is much cheaper. 500 grams of creatine can last up to 100 days, where 5 kg of protein can last 100 days, but 5 kg of protein is much more expensive than 500 grams of creatine.

When it comes to price, winner was obvious. I only need 5 grams of creatine per day, so 500 grams of creatine last over 100 days probably, and the price of creatine 500 grams is about 25$.

Also, creatine benefits the brain as well much more than protein does, which is one of reasons I chose to get it.

I actually ordered mass gainer before, but delivery got cancelled, apparently seller out of supplies. But mass gainer is basically mosty sugar, and I can simply buy sugar itself instead of buying mass gainer.

But creatine is definitely special. While I can get protein from eggs, creatine seems to be much more valuable resource, as valuable as sugar, and it is more difficult to get it from food when you are a vegetarian.

So yeah, right now I can do 45 repetitions with 10 kg dumbbell. I will see if, after creatine, that number significantly increases (creatine is supposed to give about 20% boost).

I would urge these people to love themselves. If you were born a male, you might see the disadvantages or you may have some level of self hatred but I urge you to love yourself. There is nothing wrong with you how you were created and no amount of self mutilation is going to make you happy no matter how strong that Ikea effect (Google it) actually is.

Well said. they need to stop with self-harm.

I also need to consider if I was wrong on rest of lgbt as well, but we will see. I didnt take enough time to study these groups, so my previous opinions on them were based on a more idealistic version of them which sadly likely doesnt exist in reality.

SatanLucy
To publicly admit you were wrong rubs some of the shine away from your other qualities and even adds doubts that you were wrong in other positions as well.

I usually have a policy of "admit no flaw". It means no matter what flaws my arguments have, never admit them. However, this time it would be bad for me to not admit I was wrong on trans issues.

After spending years breaking my brain to come up with excuses for trans ideology, I only realized I was supporting people who were essentially mentally unstable and have more mental illnesses than any other group of people other than fully insane groups.

trans people are simply opposite of perfection. While I do believe many men get born with female brain, I dont think encouraging them to wear dresses will make them smarter.

SatanLucy
All this over one internet argument?

Its not really one argument. What I do is simply induction pattern generalization, as I learned from Machiavelli's work.

It means we use real life examples to see patterns, probabilities...ect. For example, when we say that trans people arent driven by primitive emotions, it only takes few examples of trans people to break that illusion.

I used to support trans people thinking its "their body, their choice", even when they were doing most insane nonsense, such as "banning misgendering".

But the more trans people I met, one thing became more and more obvious, even on modern day debate. these are people governed entirely by emotions, would implement laws based on emotions and laws based on offending their feelings.

I admit, ever since Bones won that debate arguing against trans issues, I had a bit of doubt if trans support was actually healthy.

But it didnt take many examples for me to realize an obvious truth about trans people, first the truth that they are pushing their ideology on kids and convincing kids they are trans, and many examples of kids regretting after being brainwashed into that.

But that wasnt what convinced me right away. What convinced me is this: All trans people I met seemed to have values which only make sense if they are driven by emotions. RemyBrown noticed this too. trans people dont believe in free speech, and in any server where they are majority, they ban anyone who disagrees with trans issues.

I realized that supporting trans people likely endangers free speech, because these people dont believe in free speech one bit. they are driven by emotions and would make laws based on emotions if they ever got more influence or power.

SatanLucy

For years, I used to believe trans people should be encouraged to be trans, that it is good for them.

But now I am thinking that I was actually wrong, because we generally shouldn't encourage people to castrate themselves because that reduces birth rates.

Also, and this is important, male to female transition actually encourages feminized brains, which are brains less focused on logic and more focused on looks and approval of others.

I don't think we should encourage mentality based on valuing looks and especially not of valuing approval, because person who is correct doesn't need approval.

The complete lack of self awareness that it takes to actually type this out and hit 'post' is mind-boggling.

I dont think I lack self awareness. I just compare myself to majority of people and always end up superior, even tho other people had better family and better education than I did. I think if I had a good family, I would probably be listed as most intelligent person in whole history, but my parents destroyed about 40% of my IQ so I am left with having only 140 IQ, which is too low.

SatanLucy

those are just opinions of people. I couldnt care less about what some second class scientist thinks. He doesnt even know what awareness is, to be able to relate it to pure matter.

SatanLucy
I love how smoking 3 times a day is your idea of restraint.

Restraint would probably be not smoking at all. But I cant afford not to smoke. My brain needs stimulant, and coffee is just weak and drugs are too risky and expensive, while wine is weaker, so I must smoke.

SatanLucy
You said your parents smoke too, so they enjoy being hit too.

My parents were retards who have given birth to one of most intelligent persons in my country's history, only to ruin him completely, and turn him into a Machiavelli mindset who doesnt even care for his own health or anything. Retarded parents are capable to ruin even the best of humans.

SatanLucy

I have a list of 300 Gods now which protect me, and people who bullied me all died from painful diseases, or suffer from painful or bad health conditions or family issues. So yeah, life does get better eventually and God does miracles.

SatanLucy

I see a lot of people smoking cigarettes incorrectly.

they will smoke one right in the morning, then another one an hour later, and so on, they eventually end up smoking at least 5 to 10 cigarettes per day, if not much more. People who use vape are even worse.

I am of course someone who believes in opposites, presence and absence. So I know that when you are smoker, you must have a time in the day when you dont smoke at all.

this is why I use rule of half.

For example, when I wake up, I will wait until half of the day before I light a cigarette.

And when I light a cigarette, I dont smoke just one, but 2 or 3 one after another.

And for rest of day after that, I dont smoke.

So I only smoke 2 to 3 cigarettes per day.

And I get good dose of dopamine from it.

the reason I decided to become smoker is because I realized its almost irrelevant at this point. My parents ever since I was born smoked in same room where I was, making me effectively a second hand smoker for entire life, causing me many health problems.

So I realized, if I am going to inhale smoke anyway, and suffer health problems, might as well actually smoke so I at least get some benefits as well.

That quote comes from Hannah Arendt, a major thinker on totalitarianism and political power.

What she’s getting at is a deep and unsettling idea:

A totalitarian system doesn’t just suppress opposition—it reshapes it. When a regime uses constant surveillance, fear, propaganda, and coercion, people who resist it often get pushed into adopting similar methods just to survive or fight back.

For example:

  1. If the state uses violence, opposition groups may feel forced to use violence too.
  2. If the state relies on secrecy and deception, resistance movements may also become secretive and manipulative.
  3. Over time, the moral line between oppressor and opponent can blur.

Arendt’s warning is that totalitarianism can corrupt the very values of those who oppose it, making it incredibly hard to resist without becoming a reflection of the system itself.

It’s not just about politics—it’s about human behavior under pressure:

extreme systems tend to pull everyone inside them toward the same logic, even enemies.

If you want, I can break this down with real historical examples (like Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union) where this actually happened.

SatanLucy wasn't saying you personally were destroying free speech, he was saying you were providing an excuse to destroy free speech.

the big advantage of anti-free speech people is that as long as there is free speech, they can freely argue against it, and once there is no free speech, they can make it banned to argue for free speech.

"the great power of a totalitarian state is that it forces those who oppose it to be like it" - Hitler

We revel in holocausts and mass slaughter and the sexual frisson of other people's pain, anguish and destruction...Yet we pretend not to.

Yes, people have strong urge to hurt and harm others. We see this during wars, where once "normal and peaceful people" begin justifying war crimes or not even caring for them, defending war criminals, even committing crimes themselves.

there is a reason why people like fighting sports, violence, violent porn, humiliation of others during talking, trying to make others feel worse, throwing insults everywhere....

Its not because people like peace. No, people hate peace, and they hate each other. Peace is only temporary pause before fighting starts again.

the reality is, people cant wait for another excuse to start a war. thats why they jump into war with even the weakest excuses.

Its that secret desire to watch the world burn, which exists in hearts of people.

No one really cares for anyone's suffering. those are just masks, which drop any time war or fight starts, and the true faces are revealed.

A man is not what he is, during peace. He is what he is when more difficult conditions appear, or conditions where he has more power. true nature of man is shown during war, during suffering, when having power to do harm doesnt carry consequences like it used to.

I had to go through 12 years of muslim education along with regular 12 years of education. Apparently, teaching islam in regular school is supposed to make people better muslims. But those 12 years turned out to be a great disappointment for them and for me. I was praying to Allah for bullies to stop bullying me, but it didnt happen. thats when I realized Allah either isnt real or he has no interest in helping me, so I became polytheist and atheist at times, until I became full polytheist.
