If you are town what incentive does scum earth have to rolecop some who full claimed? And what incentive does he have in proving your claim right after you were a prime mislynch target? Him being scum doesn’t make a whole lot of sense from a strategical pov

My problem with it is “okay so we know everyone’s role” now what? Do mafia even have scummy roles? Do they have fake claims? Do we just town confirm a scummy player for having a townie sounding role claim? It kind of completely ignores behavioral analysis. I think we press people who are suspicious and if they claim something wierd under panicked pressure it’s easier to decide if it’s fake. And if they are scummy enough the role technically doesn’t matter anyway. I just see a mass claim exposing power roles and it seems a bit unnecessary in this set up.

On another note, not really game related but I disagree with some of those takes. But maybe it’s just a culture clash issue and not important. I apologize for making it personal, it was not my intention, I genuinely was frustrated because it seemed to me at the time you would scumread everything I said and did regardless of how I answered it, which set me off. Of course, if you read these things in the way you do and it sets off your scum metre it seems more like a misunderstanding than you being scum or whatever. So I want to apologise and go forward with a clean slate between us :) No sense in hating each other in our first game

Oh were good man, trust me I don't ever hate anyone over a game. You can ask pie, whiteflame, mikal, wylted, vader, ive said ten times worse things to them in heated exchanged in this game, and we still love each other, just move on and game again in the next one. Lowkey though I was never mad at you for anything. Literally the only thing that ever gets me pissed is when I feel like people are ignoring me, not listening to me, or refusing to respond to certain things, you at least were responsive to just about everything. I don't see the point in playing a game if im just talking to myself and am getting lynched based on "vibes". Lack of contributive discussion, he hasn't contributed a single helpful thing the entire game, and has been able to skate by unpunished for it. I had my vote on him for most of the last 24 hours, and he never did anything til the absolute end. He came in scum reading you for like all the wrong reasons. He was wanting to lynch you for mikal hinting that he could CC you (which was honestly like the lowest reason to lynch you on the totem pole) showing that he was just okay with any lynch and was willing to hop on the bandwagon. Everyone else on your wagon at least had a decent reason for wanting to lynch you. Also he seems to be ignoring a lot of the pressure on himself. A lot of people have kind of mentioned he is scummy, and he hasn't really addressed any of it, he just continues to skate by and hope people forget about it, but i'll bet you anything he will be there to vote the second someone isn't scum is close to getting lynched.

You aren't qouting me or even including context here when you make broad assumptions like this. You have to realize I was scum reading you more than I was town reading you, I made an argument that you could be town, but it didn't outweigh my scum read on you for all the other reasons. That's called being open minded, despite the continuous accusations that I was being tunnel vision. I wasn't even wanting to vote you or press you for a claim when I first voted you, I only voted you because I realized we had four hours left and needed to come to a decision. And it's my sentiment that mislynching isn't the end of the world, and you seem to agree with that because you express dis-satisfaction in general when no lynches happen, you were just giving an exception to that because you were on the lynching table. In hindsight though I still don't think lynching you was the worst thing that could have happened even if you are town, because like I said, your role is useless once claimed and your unlikely to ever gain favor, you were poisoned (because like I said last day phase mafia were never gonig to let you into LYLO), we've wasted information roles on you now, as well as had to have copious amount of discussion around you allowing other potential mafia to skate by without pressure, and lastly we can afford it. Generally town gets the opportunity to have up to three mislynches, and that number just went up since mikal's role gives us two back to back day phases. So lynching you really might have actually helped us in the long run, though ideally lynching scum is always better, but I also really thought you were scum last day phase also so it seemed like a good lynch. And if I was wrong it would teach me how to interact with you in future games since this is the first time I've ever played with you. I give certain players passes for certain behaviors based on past games and experiences. People like shining though have been mislynched enough times for repeat bad behaviors that we kind of just learn how to adapt to them instead of continuously punish them for it.

I have multiple times, but sure, we can go over it again. The initial thing I noticed with you was the constant OMGUS'ing. If thats a term you are unfamiliar with it stands for "Oh My God U Suck" and its a common defensive and manipulative tactic employed by scum to intimidate people away from lynching them. The brain naturally wants to accuse other people of doing something shady when they are trying to cover up something themselves. Similar to how when someones spouse is constantly accusing their partner of cheating, a lot of times its because they themselves are trying to cover it up. The more and more you posted last day phase, the more I was starting to realize you were literally doing that to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who scum read you. I was even giving you a pass on wryly, but then I straight up asked you about that read and you said:

I was asking you questions and your answers just made you look worse, or were baffling to me. It's not the first time a town player can have common scum tells, IE Shining, kohai, greyparrot, etc, their are many people you just get accustomed to how they play, but having never played with you I am working with a clean slate here and treating you like how I would normally treat any other player exhibiting these same scum tells.

Mago is likely town based on the poison claim and other claims like being vanillized, and passing wylteds reaction test. Shining is role confirmed at least, but I really struggle to see why mafia would waste a role cop on someone they potentially poisoned as well as someone who has full claimed. We need to see how his poison visit comes into effect and if it clashes with magos but for now I can town read him. Wylted is confirmed losing favor and wryly confirmed the mikal visit, she could be a mafia scout though, I am very curious why she tracked mikal, but we can visit that later.

Remaining POE is Pie, banana, thoth, whiteflame, and awesome. I town read a few things from at least two of these players, but I want to put a large focus on these individuals. There is potentially a scum in the earlier pile as well if we do get into the mechanic arguments of town having 9 billion investigative and power roles, but I am not as sus of that considering the mechanization of the games favor system means not all these roles will come into play at once.

Here's a suggestion, and you will probably just ignore it, but I feel inclined to give it anyway. Try not being such an emotional little bitch boy and actually just play normally, rather than creating a drama fest any time someone suspects you. For reals, it could do wonders for you and save you from these massive headaches you claim your getting. Just a thought.

Probably the first time we got a Beloved Princess to work, I’ll take it. We need the 2 lynches in a row after that No Lynch yesterday. The fact that Mago escaped that lynch is mind boggling.

Tell me about it, that was lowkey triggering. I would have rather just dealt with the backlash of a mislynch then having spent hours wasting my breath to accomplish nothing, when there was ACTUALLY people on who could have made that lynch happen. Not only can we afford it with mikal being killed giving us an extra mislynch oppertunity, you have been the focus of conversation for two friggin day phases now, and we have had one power role already waste actions on you, and your apparently just going to die anyway now.
